FirmVice Mini is a compact self-centring CNC vice for milling and precision workholding. Its two jaws move together to centre the workpiece, with a 0–120 mm clamping range and removable smooth stepped jaws. Also known as a self-centering CNC vise in the US, the Mini combines a 115 × 75 mm footprint with 52 mm zero-point compatibility.

Quick-change jaws

Lift each jaw from the rear against the spring plungers to remove it. If retaining set screws are fitted, release them first. The dovewedge stays with the jaw. The standard kit includes an adjustable self-centring vice with removable dual-station jaws and 3 mm deep smooth steps.

Production batches

Choose your production batch before ordering. Batch 1: 20 vices, shipping before the end of November 2026. Batch 2: 20 vices, available early January 2027. Launched 6 October 2026.

US delivery: £50 for one vice or £65 for a pair. Larger orders are charged by parcels: £65 per pair plus £50 for any extra single. Payment is in GBP. Direct US exports are shipped DAP; the buyer is responsible for import clearance, duties, import taxes and carrier fees. Qualifying direct exports have 0% UK VAT.

Will this CNC vice fit my existing setup?

• 52 mm zero-point ready: thread in Lang-style or 5th Axis-style pull studs to suit your 52 mm zero-point system.

• Conventional clamping: clamp the vice down using the side slots.

• Direct mounting: mount straight to a machine table, subplate, fixture or tombstone using M6 hardware on 50 mm centres, a common spacing on metric tombstones.
