The Firmworx FirmGrip T-Slot CSK Table Clamp System is a flexible CNC workholding solution designed to help you utilise the full size of your machine bed.

Designed around machines with 16mm wide T-slots on 80mm centres, the FirmGrip system allows users to create adjustable clamping setups directly on the machine table without relying on bulky vices or fixed-position workholding.

The base plates are infinitely adjustable along the T-slots, giving you freedom to position the clamps exactly where required. The slotted countersunk top plate provides 8mm of clamping adjustment, allowing fine positioning and repeatable holding across a range of component sizes.

Machined from high carbon steel, the FirmGrip system is suitable for general fixture work, OP1 gripping setups, soft-jaw machining, and heavy-duty production workholding.

Designed to Use the Full Machine Bed

Instead of being limited by a standard machine vice, the system allows you to spread workholding across the full bed, making it ideal for larger plates, long components, multiple small parts, or custom fixture layouts.

The top clamping plate features a slotted countersunk design, giving 8mm of clamping range.

This allows the clamp to be adjusted into the component while keeping the top hardware low-profile and secure.

The countersunk design helps keep the fixture clean and reduces obstruction around the clamping area, improving cutter access and making the system practical for CNC machining environments.

Soft Jaw and Gripper Options

For OP1 heavy-duty machining, gripper inserts can be used to bite into raw material and provide stronger holding power where marking is acceptable.

Centre Jaw Block Options

The FirmGrip centre jaw block can be used in two main configurations.

It can be used as a single fixed jaw, giving a solid reference face for clamping components against.

Alternatively, it can be used as a centre dual-station jaw with two FirmGrip clamps, allowing components to be clamped on both sides of the centre jaw.
