A matched pair of machinable 6082-T6 aluminium soft jaws for CNC milling, second-op workholding and repeatable part gripping.
These jaws are supplied blank with a raw machined finish, ready for you to machine a pocket, step, radius, profile or custom form to suit your job. Soft jaws are ideal for holding awkward parts, delicate components, repeat second-op work and small-batch fixtures.
They are oversized blanks at 130 × 40 × 20mm, giving extra material to machine your own holding profile.

This pair is suitable for DSV-100 jaw positions, but it is not a complete 3-piece DSV-100 soft jaw set. If you need a full DSV-100 set, please order the 3-piece option or contact us before ordering.
